Salesforce QA Analyst


Responsible for testing, including system, integration, regression and performance testing

Works closely with project team to define requirements – participates in the project process,

end-to-end testing and walkthrough of specifications and design documents.

Responsible for directing, instructing and checking the work of other testing analysts as part of total quality assurance.

Prepares detailed documentation from which programs will be tested, such as test plans and test cases and test scenarios.

Responsible for gathering, documenting and converting a variety of system, business and data requirements into testing deliverable.

Responsible to understand and communicate project-wide QA issues appropriately

Manage testing capacity as a part of the scrum team and plan for resource needs longer term.

Participate in creating and ensuring best practices across all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Experience using Selenium

Required Skills/Experience:-

Overall 3-6 years of experience.

Proven experience and strong expertise implementing Salesforce platforms in a large corporate setting.

Deep understanding of cloud computing and/or web-based solutions and technologies

Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment and solid foundation in software development practices.

Experience delivering and supporting highly critical business applications in a fast-paced and

demanding environment.

Ability to work independently and be self-accountable to deliver a high level of performance

Strong communication skills that can be effective working in person as well as in remote situations.
