Job Description

Basic Function

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead our Salesforce development team and drive the success of our Salesforce initiatives. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs effectively. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture and development will enable you to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our overall customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise in implementing Salesforce solutions according to best practices and industry standards.
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and address technical gaps and dependencies.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create technical documentation including design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance and support in implementing complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to Salesforce solution implementations and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the Salesforce practice within the organisation.

  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate third-party tools and integrations to enhance the Salesforce solution

  • Support and troubleshoot production issues related to the Salesforce platform.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

  • Continuously enhance technical skills and expertise in the Salesforce platform and related technologies.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Salesforce
  • Deep and extensive knowledge, the experience of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, etc.
  • Knowledge of advanced Lightning, and Chatter API, including integration methods and tools.
  • Good to have Salesforce Architect Certification.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem.
