Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead the Salesforce development team in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards and documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and support to team members, mentoring them in Salesforce technologies and development practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimize performance within the Salesforce environment.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and releases to leverage new features and maintain system efficiency.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, with a strong focus on technical management roles.
- Good to have Scrum Master / PMP certification
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Demonstrated experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team toward achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
