Presales Solution Architect
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-sales Solution Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to craft compelling solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive business success. As a key liaison between sales and technical teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and articulating our offerings, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and design comprehensive pre-sales solutions aligned with client requirements, incorporating a deep understanding of technology and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the clients during the pre-sales phase, conducting needs assessments and effectively communicating how our solutions address their challenges and objectives.
- Deliver technical presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions and addressing any technical inquiries.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, assisting in creating proposals, RFPs, and other documentation to effectively communicate solution details and benefits.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and services, staying informed about industry trends and advancements to enhance the quality of pre-sales engagements.
- Work closely with the internal team, including product development and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment between client needs and our solution capabilities.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights that contribute to developing competitive and innovative solutions.
- Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to continuously improve and refine pre-sales strategies, ensuring adaptability to evolving market demands.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer science, IT or Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Salesforce solutions and architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, features and integration capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align Salesforce solutions with client business processes and objectives.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate Salesforce solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and Business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
