Salesforce Technical Architect
Basic Function
Areya Technologies is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to add a sharp Salesforce
Architect to the team. In this role, you will make an immediate impact by performing the
following functions
Roles and responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in implementing Salesforce solutions according to best practices and industry standards.
- Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and address technical gaps and dependencies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
- Create technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance and support in implementing complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to Salesforce solution implementations and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce release management processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the Salesforce practice within the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate third-party tools and integrations to enhance the Salesforce solution.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues related to the Salesforce platform.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and expertise in the Salesforce platform and related technologies.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Salesforce
- Deep and extensive knowledge of the Force.com technical platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, etc.
- Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
- Must possess Salesforce PD1, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem
