Salesforce Technical Architect

Basic Function 

Areya Technologies is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to add a sharp Salesforce
Architect to the team. In this role, you will make an immediate impact by performing the
following functions

Roles and responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise in implementing Salesforce solutions according to best practices and industry standards.
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and address technical gaps and dependencies.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance and support in implementing complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to Salesforce solution implementations and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce release management processes and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the Salesforce practice within the organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate third-party tools and integrations to enhance the Salesforce solution.
  • Support and troubleshoot production issues related to the Salesforce platform.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Continuously enhance technical skills and expertise in the Salesforce platform and related technologies.

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in Salesforce
  • Deep and extensive knowledge of the Force.com technical platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, etc.
  • Knowledge of advanced Lightning and Chatter API, including integration methods and tools
  • Must possess Salesforce PD1, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem
